Product description

Superior warmth, protection and traction in a low-profile design, the NRS Men's Kicker Wetshoe is a long-time favorite of rafters and stand-up paddlers.

  • Construction combines a 3 mm thick neoprene upper with titanium adhesive throughout for increased warmth.

  • A sustainable alternative to traditional neoprene, petroleum-free Terraprene neoprene is made from limestone and recycled tires.

  • 3 mm patterned rubber sole for enhanced traction plus a 2 mm plastic shim for additional protection.

  • A naturally shaped toe box provides a roomy, non-binding fit.

  • Reinforced at the toe and heel for long-lasting durability.

  • A hook-and-loop webbing strap across the top of the foot adjusts for a customized fit.

I like the new version of the nrs kicker Whetshoe. I find them easier to get on and off. No problems with the Wetshoe syringe on my feet.I also have the older version of this shoe and will alternate shoes from paddle to paddle. However, I am happy with my recent purchase.

I was hesitant picking out what shoe's to get, wanting something durable to on jagged rocks in both lakes and rivers while maintaining traction. I was very happy with the durability of the shoe tread. I typically wear a size 14 or 15 in shoes and purchased the 14 size in this shoe, it is a little too big with very wide toe box. It's manageable when in my wet suit, but nice to have the extra space with the dry suit and extra neoprene layering. With typical care and use I would expect these to last quite a long time.

Great water shoe. Sturdy sole for walking on rocks in Arkansas an Missouri ozark rivers. If its colder than expected I wear it with some NRS neoprene socks and my feet stay warm. Only 4 stars because no half sizes, so ordering up makes the shoe slip on the back of the heel a bit. They haven't come off yet but I ran some paracord through the heel loop and around my ankle just in case.

Well built. Not for wide feet. Customer service is top notch.

I wanted something with a hard sole, which this does. I just wished it had a but more side support for walking on hard surfaces. But I do like the shoe overall.

Surprisingly flimsy compared to the Kickers of old. On the positive side, I have extra wide feet and these shoes are extra wide. They're fine, but I don't expect to get a long service life from them.
