These are a must for a wide range of conditions. I wear them under my waders or pants as a base/wicking layer while fishing and hiking. When it's warm, coupled with some fleece pants and they're comfortable all day long. Lately, it's been clear and sunny while guiding, and I wear just these under my waders to wick sweat and keep me cool

I have worn the mid weight Capaliene base layer tops and bottoms under my ski school uniform for 35 years. I appreciate the comfort and durability.

They fit great. Not too grabby, and are very warm in single digit weather while working up a sweat!

I have been wearing base layer for years. I live on the OR coast and the extra warmth is great in our windy and damp weather. Patagonia clothes wear for years. I have 2 fuzzy shirts that I still wear fishing and they are over 30 years old.

I really love these. The main difference is that they don't fit skin tight, so there's a tiny bit of air between my legs and the fabric, which actually makes them feel warmer when I'm outside. And they breathe really, really well so I don't get hot when I wear them inside. I bought four pairs; they really are everything I wanted in long johns.

I wanted a light base layer to wear when I fish. These are perfect to wear under a light pair of pants and chest waders when the water temperatures are cool to cold. Very comfortable, I really like the way they fit!
