For the value conscious paddler, Kokatat's Hydrus 3.0 (3-layer) Tempest dry pants are very popular among kayak anglers worldwide. Features include a tall neoprene waist band and integrated Hydrus 3L socks.

Kokatat Hydrus 3.0 is Kokatat's proprietary three-layer fabric, which is exceptionally waterproof and breathable, and carries Kokatat's limited lifetime warranty.

I purchased these pants almost a year ago and they've been great! An awesome option for when I don't want to use my full dry suit but still want to be dry as they're much easier to throw on than a full suit. I would say they fit true to size, though depending on how many layers you'd like to fit underneath, you may want to size up. Thanks Coast :)
