I’m always tricked with hats they’re either too tight or too small. I ordered the s/m but it’s just a bit tight. Maybe I could stretch it out but i don’t want to rip the fabric. Consider sizing up. The hat is extremely light, warm, and soft. It’s a snug fit so it easily fits under helmets and hoods. I highly recommend this beanie.

It's a great design, does exactly what it says on the box but runs small and as others have mentioned, with the cost of return shipping, not quite worth returning, so jsut making the most of it. Another couple inches in length would make this optimal

The R1 Air Beanie has worked perfectly for my winter trail running in New England. I'm an odd duck in that I tend to run cold but sweat a lot, so I am often stuck with a beanie that gets totally drenched after even a 3-5 mile run in the woods. That is NOT the case with the R1 Air Beanie. It keeps my balding head warm while not trapping an excessive amount of sweat. I've even worn it on runs where the temps were - 15C/5 F and it kept my head nice and warm without trapping moisture. Overall, this is a great product for aerobic activities in cool/cold temperatures. NOTE - I also purchased the R1 Daily Beanie thinking I could trail run in it as well, but it doesn't breath as well as the R1 Air Beanie.

This beanie is super soft and comfy. It is a great thinner hat for skinning/hiking/dog walks. Especially great if you want to put your hood up over your head - no pom pom to get in the way. The green is a really fun color too!
