Product description

Despite the high-top design for added support and protection, the NRS Men's Paddle Wetshoe maintains a low profile for fitting into tight boats. Thick neoprene coupled with a soft interior lining provides maximum insulation, while a hardy rubber sole protects your feet from rocks.

  • A sustainable alternative to traditional neoprene, petroleum-free Terraprene neoprene is made from limestone and recycled tires.

  • Construction combines a 3 mm thick neoprene upper with titanium adhesive throughout for increased warmth.

  • A 3 mm thick high-traction sole, paired with a 5 mm neoprene insole and 2 mm plastic shim provides maximum protection.

  • Cush graphene-infused interior provides thermal-conductive properties for more warmth while also reducing water retention.

  • A hook-and-loop webbing strap across the top of the foot adjusts for a customized fit.

  • Designed with a naturally shaped toe box for all-day comfort.

  • The gusset-backed YKK® entry zipper opens wide, letting you easily slip the Paddle Shoe on and off, whether barefoot or over socks.

  • Also features a webbing pull tab to aid in donning.

  • Reinforced at the toe and heel for long-lasting durability.

These boots are amazing. I have 11-wide feet, and normally have to be satisfied with size 13's. I have a kayak I really like, but the foot room is tight. I tried on eight different boots, and these ones were absolute anomalies. Most boots have pointy front ends, better for jamming into fins. I'm a kayaker and sit all day. Here's what works: the base, rather than being made from neoprene, is of a very comfortable soft molded rubber. The neoprene on the boot is really stretchy and comfortable. The boot works well for walking because it has an adjustable strap across the top -- tighten it and it makes walking easier, loosen it and your feet stay warmer when you're paddling. This boot is 100% perfect.

I AM SO FORKING EXCITED WIDE FOOT FRIENDLY!!!!!!
Emergeeerrrd!
I finally found a wetsuit boot that actually fits.
I wear size 12 6E wide in shoe size.
I ordered the size 14 in this boot and damn do they fit well!
I'll be using them for diving, obviously not what they're technically designed for but they fit my awkward feet and they fit into my Hollis LT fins :)
I did cut the side strap off as it was in the way of the fins shoe. These things will keep my feet nice and protected when I make a shore entries. The bottoms are really tough and will definitely protect my feet from the sharp rocks.

Fantastic paddling shoes! The wide toebox allows me to put the feet of my drysuit inside comfortably. The sole material is very grippy and supportive, and great for scrambling over rocks. The zippers are easy to pull and stay closed, and the height is perfect. Best paddling shoes I've had.

Love these shoes, but the heel strap over the top of the foot is absolutely useless. I cut mine off after using them the first day. Other than that they are great. Kept my feet warm, pretty good traction, etc.

I got this a little sized up so I could throw some socks on underneath for added insulation. Test paddle was mid 40’s F. Over cast. Three hours was about the max I could handle but I lay that down to the socks being wet socks instead of dry. Boots performed well. Four stars because the top of the zipper is TIGHT even sized up but the foot was plenty roomy. They will absolutely meet my personal needs but it’s something to keep in mind. I assumed the men’s would be a little more roomy than the women’s but was wrong.

Love these, they are warm and comfortable, and the sole is thick for walking on rocks. The only problems I have are the strap on the top of the foot, which is unnecessary and decreases mobility and flexibility of my foot unless it’s all the way loose. They also seem like they may not be super durable but I will have to find out as I wear them more. Overall, I recommend these, especially for rafting or kayaking

Wore it today for the 1st time while paddling a kayak. It was comfortable. Walking on gravel was comfortable. 4/5 as the zipper doesn't go down as I like. I like the Stolquist Tideline's zipper travel, but it's sole is too flexible necessitating more care when walking over rocks.
